Tribus Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Tribus Refund and Cancellation Policy details the procedures for various transactions on the platform, including subscriptions, purchase of event tickets, products from the church canteen or online store, and individual subscriptions.


Subscriptions

  • Cooling Off Period : Users can request a full refund within 7 days of subscription, except in cases of plan migration.

  • 12-Month Loyalty : Cancellations before the end of the period will incur a fine of 50% of the remaining amount.


Event Tickets

  • Event Policy : Refunds are subject to the rules set by the organizer, and are generally allowed up to a pre-event deadline.

  • Event Cancellation : In case of event cancellation, a full refund of the ticket is guaranteed.


Canteen Products and Online Store

  • Return Condition : Products can be refunded if returned in original condition within a period stipulated by the store policy.

  • Defective Products : Defective products are subject to refund or exchange in accordance with consumer protection legislation.


Canteen

  • Order Not Delivered : If the order has not yet been delivered, the user can request cancellation and full refund.

  • Order Delivered : After delivery, cancellation can only be carried out with the agreement of the church responsible for the canteen.


Individual Subscriptions

  • Cancellation : Allowed at any time, with refund subject to the conditions established at the time of purchase.


Tithes and Offerings

  • No Refund Policy : Considered donations, they are not eligible for refund, except in cases of transaction error.


Refund Processing

  • Deadline : Processing within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Notification : Refund confirmation via email.

Tribus reserves the right to change this Tribus Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time, with or without notice. It is the user's responsibility to regularly review these terms to stay informed of any changes.


Acceptance

By using Tribus Online Payments, the user agrees to this Policy. If the user does not agree with any of the terms, he/she must refrain from using the platform's payment features.
