Tribus Customer Support is here to help you with your church and your Tribus account. You can help us by adhering to our code of conduct listed below.
General rules
By requesting a callback, calling or chatting with Tribus Customer Support, you agree to all rules stated on this Terms of Use page as well as the Tribus Terms of Use .
Discussions and discussions with Tribus Customer Support team members are fine, however, we will not tolerate the following:
Requests (including support requests, chats or phone calls with Tribus Customer Support) that contain insults or provocations.
Personal attacks, insults and discriminatory remarks.
Making unfounded allegations (slander).
Support requests that challenge Tribus policies.
Public lobbying against Tribus' actions and policies.
Intentional attempts to disrupt the workload of the Tribus Customer Support team through multiple support request submissions.
Support requests that are sexual in nature, discriminatory, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive.
Support requests that contain sexually explicit comments or excessive obscene or vulgar language.
Support requests that discuss or illustrate illegal activities, such as software and music piracy or other intellectual property infringement.
Links to sites containing any of the above.
Tribus reserves the right to remove any support requests that violate these terms of use without notice or explanation.
Tribus reserves the right to ban anyone who intentionally violates these terms of use.
The Tribus team is the only one capable of arbitrating/judging what constitutes, or does not constitute, a violation of these terms of use.
Tribus reserves the right to take whatever measures it deems appropriate to ensure that Tribus Customer Support is not interrupted or abused in any way.
Advertising and offer
We have a zero-tolerance anti-spam policy. Spammers' support access will be revoked and all their support requests (including legitimate requests) will be removed. Our decision on these matters is final.
