Payments
Payment Methods : Tribus accepts payments via credit card, debit card, bank slip and PIX.

Online Payment Fees : The fees applicable to transactions will be clearly informed within the platform. These fees may vary according to the plan contracted or upon manual review requested by the church.
Transfers
Tithes and Offerings : Tribus facilitates the transfer of tithes and offerings collected through the platform to the corresponding church.

Payment Deadlines : Payments are processed within an established deadline, which is communicated to churches at the time of signing up to the service and accessible throughout the use of the platform.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund Policy Compliance : Tribus follows the "Tribus Refund and Cancellation Policy" for all refund requests.
Cancellation of Transactions : In the event of cancellation of a transaction, Tribus will do its best to accommodate the request, respecting the terms of the "Tribus Refund and Cancellation Policy".
