• Payment Deadlines : Payments are processed within an established deadline, which is communicated to churches at the time of signing up to the service and accessible throughout the use of the platform.

• Cancellation of Transactions : In the event of cancellation of a transaction, Tribus will do its best to accommodate the request, respecting the terms of the "Tribus Refund and Cancellation Policy".
