3. Data and Privacy : By using Matias, you agree to the transmission of relevant data to Third Party Providers. Important: Tribus does not allow the use of data from conversations with Matias to improve artificial intelligence models or for any other purpose.

4. Sensitive Information : The user should avoid providing sensitive, confidential or personal information when interacting with Matias. Tribus is not responsible for the misuse of such information.

5. Limitation of Liability : Tribus is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of the information provided by Matias. The wizard is provided “AS IS”.

6. Legal Compliance : You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Matias complies with all applicable laws.
