Introduction

These Tribus Terms of Use for Artificial Intelligence Features (“Tribs Terms for AI”) are an integral part of the Tribus Terms of Use and govern your use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies (collectively, “AI Technologies”) that are developed and managed by third parties (“Third Party Providers”) and made available on the Tribus Services.

Using AI-Enabled Features

1. Optional Nature : Use of the AI-enabled Features is entirely optional and does not represent the core functionality of the applicable Tribus Services.

2. Condition of Use : AI-enabled Features are provided “AS IS”. Any use of such features constitutes an instruction to Tribus to transmit relevant data to the applicable Third Party Provider.

3. Data and Privacy : Tribus strives to enable privacy and security controls provided by Third Party Providers. You are responsible for carefully reviewing all AI-generated results before using them.

4. Sensitive Information : It is recommended not to enter sensitive, confidential, or personal information into AI-enabled Features.

5. Legal Compliance : You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-enabled Features complies with all applicable laws, including data protection laws.

Limitations and Responsibilities

1. Quality and Accuracy : Tribus does not control and is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, effectiveness, safety or security of the AI-generated output.

2. Use of Data by Third-Party Providers : Tribus is not responsible for the use by a Third-Party Provider of information provided by the user after the data has been transmitted. Important: Tribus does not allow the use of data from conversations with Matias to improve artificial intelligence models or for any other purpose.

3. Copyright : The Tribus Services and AI-enabled Features are not intended to receive or process significant works of authorship. You agree not to engage Tribus or any Third Party Provider in claims of copyright infringement relating to your use of these Features.

Changes to Terms

Tribus reserves the right to change these Tribus Terms for AI at any time, with or without notice. It is the user's responsibility to regularly review these terms to stay informed of any changes.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the AI-enabled Features of the Tribus Services, you agree to these Tribus Terms for AI. If you do not agree to any of the terms, you should refrain from using the AI Features.

These Terms of Use are specific to the use of Artificial Intelligence Features within the Tribus Services and reflect Tribus' commitment to security, privacy and legal compliance in the use of advanced technologies.
