As the church owner and platform contractor, you are responsible for the content and comments available on your church profile/space.

By using applications that allow visitors and members to add content, such as Community Tributes, Testimonies Tributes, or third-party applications, you allow your website visitors and members to post and publish content in your church space. Therefore, all information published by your visitors and members also becomes church content.

It is important that you are aware of the content published on your church's profile/space and that the content complies with the Tribus Terms of Use, as well as the laws and regulations of your country.

In the event that Tribus receives a valid court order or law enforcement notice warranting the removal of a church from the platform, we reserve the right to act accordingly. This may mean immediately removing your church profile from the platform, with or without prior notice.
